The Piezo Valve uses piezoelectric principle with high jetting frequency, achieving up to 500 dots/second and a minimum dot diameter of 0.2mm. The unique spray head, flow channel and constant temperature system for material supply ensure that the viscosity of the glue is not affected by temperature and maintains ultra-high consistency.
High-precision nozzle and precise structure design, small stroke and strong spraying force make it extremely easy to remove and clean. Fluid body assembly allows for quick maintenance, reducing downtime. For low to high viscosity fluids and hot melt adhesives, modular switching provides flexibility to meet changing dispensing needs.
