The CANP-5G pump is engineered for high-pressure transportation of high-viscosity sealants and adhesives. Operating at an input voltage of AC 220V (50Hz/60Hz) and an air pressure range of 243–700 kPa (2.4–7.0 bar), it delivers outstanding performance in demanding industrial environments.
Designed as a core peripheral for automated dispensing systems, the CANP-5G pump handles materials with viscosities up to 600,000 cps, making it ideal for silicone sealants, polyurethane adhesives, and other thick fluid applications.
The CANP-5G pump stands out for its robust construction using corrosion-resistant materials — including 304 and 17-4 pH stainless steel, PFA, Viton, and PEEK — ensuring long service life even with chemically aggressive materials. Its maximum output pressure of 6.0 MPa (850 psi) guarantees consistent fluid delivery even under heavy-duty conditions.
This pump seamlessly integrates with a wide range of Sanco dispensing controllers and production line equipment, supporting both standalone and inline configurations. Its compact footprint (450×950×1100 mm) and standardized inlet/outlet connections (1/4 NPT female inlet, 1-inch outlet) simplify installation and maintenance.
